2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine is an intorelable act of agression and I strongly condemn against the invasion. Since February 24, 2022, I've been refusing and avoiding making contacts with the stations in Russian Federation (including the DXCC entities of European Russia, Asiatic Russia, Kaliningrad, and Franz Josef Land) and Republic of Belarus, as well as with the stations self-proclaiming the non-ITU-approved illegal prefixes of Donetsk and Luhansk, namely D0 and D1.
Contacts accidentally made after 24-FEB-2022 with Russian and Belarusian stations, including the Donetsk and Luhansk stations, will neither be logged nor be confirmed.
One exception: RS0ISS, jointly operated ham radio station on International Space Station, also NA1SS.
